      Michelle Feldman was selected Bowling Writers Association of America Bowler of the Month for October. In consecutive weeks last month, Feldman, a 25-year-old right-hander from Skaneateles, N.Y., won her second Professional Women's Bowling Association championship of the season and eighth of her career at the Three Rivers Open in Pittsburgh, and she placed second at the Hammer Players Championship in Rockford, Ill. Pete Weber of St. Ann, Mo., was a close second in the balloting.
