George Freeman's Expert Bowling Tips

-Eating Like A Champ
1/16/2000 - By George Freeman
I love a good meal like everyone else, but if you want to perform your best in bowling, or any other sport, you have to monitor what you eat before you take to the lanes.

If you are bowling in a tournament, try to avoid anything greasy or high in cholesterol. It may taste good, but in about 2 hours it will kick in, and you'll be sluggish, not good for a bowler. Try to eat light, like maybe pasta with light dressing and a salad. That way your body will have the energy it needs, and still be able to keep the brain focused on bowling.

We're here to help!

At BowlingCommunity.com you can get FREE advice from bowling coaches and league bowlers who thrive on helping other bowlers!
Post questions about your game, your technique or find how to overcome difficult lane conditions. You can even post videos of yourself bowling for critique and constructive criticism.
