 December 12, 2002:  Visionary Bowling Signs PBA Member To Equipment Deal12/12/2002 - Visionary Visionary Bowling Products of Jennings, Missouri, has inked local Professional Bowlers Association Tour member, Gary Zwiezinski, to a staff equipment deal. The contract which goes into effect November 1st is a one year deal and makes Zwiezinski only the fourth member on the companies Pro Staff. Visionary is the manufacturer of well known balls such as the Executioner, Warlock, Gargoyle and the newest release, hitting the shelves November 1st, the Blue Sparkle Gryphon. Zwiezinski who bowls the Regional PBA circuit, is from Elyria, Ohio, has also entered the $438,000 PBA World Championship on the National PBA Tour in Taylor, Michigan in early March. Visionary, one of the newer bowling ball companies, having hit the market in the late 1990's, will provide Zwiezinski with equipment while he is on the PBA Tour. Gary will also be the area Visionary ball rep calling on Ohio pro shops. Since joining the PBA in February of 2002, the 45 year old Zwiezinski, the former Cleveland radio personality, was seeking a fit between the equipment needed on tour and his game. He feels the answer is Visionary! "My job is to get the Visionary name out there to the bowling public" states Zwiezinski. "It is a great product more people need to try." |
