There are two (2) ways to enter the BowlingFans.com Spring Giveaway:
Online Entries: Visit the BowlingFans.com website at www.bowlingfans.com/giveaway/, fill in the online entry form, and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions before June 01, 2008.
Mail Entries: Enter by US Mail by using a blue ink pen to hand print your full legal name, complete mailing address (no Post Office boxes) and date of birth (i.e. 01/31/1970) on a plain 3" x 5" piece of white paper and mail it in a sealed white #10 envelope to: BowlingFans.com, #2060, 4 Carmichael St, Suite #111, Essex, VT 05452. Mail Entries must be postmarked by March 22, 2008 and received before June 01, 2008. Limit one entry per envelope. No decorated, photocopied, computer generated, mechanically reproduced, or incomplete entries will be accepted. Braille and/or mechanical or computer generated entries will be accepted from legally blind individuals.
Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Subsequent entries received from the same person will be disqualified. Entries that have been generated by a script, macro, bot or any other automated means will be deemed void.
This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, DC, Eighteen (18) years of age and older, except the employees of the Sponsor(s) and BowlingFans.com, their subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
A total of one winner will be selected at random each week from all eligible entries for the Two Ball Giveaway received that week. A total of one winner will be selected at random each month from all eligible entries for the Four Ball Giveaway received that month. Selections will be held after June 01, 2008. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by US Mail. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Giveaway Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrectly addressed, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, destroyed, or postage-due Mail Entries and/or lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete Online Entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions and/or Online Entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, or faulty transmissions, or for any problems or technical malfunctions. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or winning the Grand Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Choice of balls and bag will be limited to the in-stock selection of the Amazon.com Marketplace and Merchant sellers covered by the Amazon.com A-to-Z Guarantee and each bowling ball selected may not exceed $130.00, two ball bag may not exceed $90.00, and four ball bag may not exceed $160.00. The winner of each Giveaway will receive a prize package as advertised, however the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the whole or part of the prize package is not readily available from Sponsor's suppliers. The shipping and handling to a US Mailing address will be paid by BowlingFans.com. Drilling, inserts, and other customizations are the responsibility of the winner.

No transfer, substitution of prize, or cash shall be allowed except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
The winner must comply with all instructions in the prize notification letter, including the completion of an affidavit and liability/publicity release, and return them within fifteen (15) days of the date on the prize notification letter; otherwise prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
Liability for any applicable taxes will be the sole responsibility of the winner and any required tax reporting forms shall be furnished to the IRS. All expenses not specifically provided for by BowlingFans.com in these rules are the sole responsibility of the winner.
If a dispute results as to the identity of an online entrant, it will be deemed that the online entry was submitted by the Authorized Account User of the ISP account from which the entry was made. "Authorized Account User" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to use the Internet account by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning Internet accounts.
If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt in any way or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, fulfillment or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway and select a Winner by randomly drawing from those eligible entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States with venue in Chittenden County in the State of Vermont.
